Lived in Caracas 1992–2007: I love this city and lived there for 15 great years. During that period I ate in every restaurant & am considered a wealth of knowledge on the city’s food culture.
Contributor to Conde Naste Traveller: I have written about my experiences of Venezula for multiple features over the years. I love being able to share my experiences and enthuse others about this wonderful country and it’s magnificent cuisine.
